If you have the opportunity to get a "hands on" healing, I recommend it. In person, The experience is so profound. You may relax an experience a number of energy tools that will help bring your body into balance and adjust your vibrational rate to that of the Creator. Abdominal Release - I work to release all emotional trauma. Even if you had a physical trauma, you reacted to it emotionally, and it is stored in your abdominal cavity. This effects your organs, and the way you react to life, even subconsciously. Most people can feel the physical movement in the body, and you may even see the events in your mind, as I remove them. You should feel lighter, happier and have a sense of well-being after a session. There are many layers being removed. The more sessions, the greater the change.
